Source: G Para FSR Question # 27
Think of incidents in your life that you
wished never occurred.
Wouldn't you wish to erase that past from your memory?
If we assume that the past is detested, if you kill the past it
would cease to exist.
Kill the Past revolves around stories
chronicling around individuals who are in conflict with their pasts
& the consequences that occur due to them killing the past.
(Emir's Killer 7 facade being one such example.)
The Kill the Past stories often take
place in the same universe/world, but from different points of
perspective.

(Silver Case = detective & reporter, Moonlight Syndrome= school
kid, Killer 7= Hitman.)
Ex. of how the games connect to
each other.
The criminal who Tetsuguro kills during the prelude of Silver Case
was actually Ryo Kazan from the Moonlight Syndrome.
During the ending of Moonlight Syndrome Ryo Kazan was last seen
sitting dead in front of a tv.
Holding a bloody bag in his hand. (Which will most likely be the
head his dead sister will hold on to during the Silver Case.)
An image of Ryo Kazan's dead sister can be seen in the t.v that he
was sitting dead next to.
As we start the Silver Case, Tetsuguro is shot at by Ryo Kazan.
(The full moon faze that we saw from Killer 7 starts flickering in
the Silver Case.)
Ryo than heads off to the cauliflower factory & goes on a
murder spree.
By the end of Silver Case's prelude both Ryo & his sister are
killed for good by Tetsuguro Kusabi.
During the last half of FSR the game gets less
tropical & starts to look & feel more like the Silver
Case.
(To the point where they'll even use the same bgm.)
Killer 7 borrows heavily from the Silver Case.
Harman Smith would be the Silver eye phenomenon.
Kun Lan would be Uehara Kamui
Curtis Blackburn's black market organs are the Shelter children
program.
Heaven's Smile are the suicide killers.
Iwazaru,Kikazaru & Mizaru are Sumio,Fyuki, & Hiseki
Garcian Smith is a combination of the above.
Ed Macalister, who makes a cameo in Killer 7.
Makes a subtle reference at Garcian possibly being a stock body of
Sumio Mondo.
"I remember all the names of our guests. Including your bag
sir."
Bag refers to Garcian's weapon case.
Ed Macalister is actually alluding to Sumio's briefcase,
Katharine.

What exactly is
his true motive for writing a thesis at Hotel FSR.
Why does he seem to antagonize Sumio Mondo.
The Secret
of Lospass Resort
Lopass island is actually a celestial manifestation that emanated from inside someone's dream.
In reality, Lospass island is not a paradise resort.
There is no real paradise, and as for the world
which is real to Sumio Mondo (& not an hallucination or
dream.)
Lospass is a mass production factory of a cursed creature who's
eyes are made of silver.
The eye of the silver is a rare artifact that the rich & famous
around the world desire. It's also said to grant immortality.
(They don't. Silver eyes only allow you to live on in another
host.)
However most individuals don't have the required genes to properly
activate the silver eye, & they usually fall at the last hurdle
of immortality.
The compensation/side effect of the Silver eye is that you're
conscious is controlled for many life times through the manipulation of your own natural
human instinct.
This is the eye of silver.

During1979/3 Ten TRO/CCO union executives were murdered in cold blood. The mastermind behind the massacre is Kamui Uehara. The incident was later classified as the, "Silver Case ".
Kamui was apprehended & detained the same night of the murder by Tetsugoro Kusabi, a detective of the Kyoka 24 ward Felonious. It is feared that the "Silver Case" incident would lead to paranoia & pandemonium by the media and, in general, the Silver case is not made public.

The versatile
code input machine "Katharine" is used for the solution of an
obstructive event. Katharine is connected with the object (Jack
Inn), and the encrypted code is dialed.
The hint
concerning the code is published in the tour guidebook "THE
LOSPASS". The player searches out the pages of the guide book for
subliminal messages to the correct code.
