Damn, where did you find a copy of the visual guidebook? It's legitimately the only one I am missing after 14 years of collecting all this garbage, other than some minor stuff I don't really care about.
I only saw it once on ebay of all places, but when I tried to order it I got refunded because the seller didn't actually have it. I check yahoo auctions, mercari and surugaya quite often yet I never came across it again.

I will reupload everything you scanned directly on the site since you don't mind, I only link to things because people might take umbrage with it and claim I was taking credit for things I didn't do.

Unfortunately I am dealing with some stuff so while I keep browsing the forums, I really don't have time to update the site or write long form posts. Maybe I should have made an announcement or something, I didn't think anyone would give a shit LOL. I assumed noone was browsing the site at all outside of my close friends.

Anyway I'll reupload all your scans as soon as I am back full time. I'm gonna move your two threads to the GHM section just so they don't get buried by unrelated stuff

The No More Heroes UAA ranking bible was fully scanned, though I have no clue who scanned it. I was sent it by a friend who got it either from a reddit thread or a 4chan one but I couldn't find any source for it.
