Peeps suspect that it was due to online bullying. Which is weird coz she didn't seem to be the type who'd give a shit about what people say about her, if you've seen her work. She came off like a total anarchist rebel. A Face who acted like a Heel, who spitted on other girls as her trademark taunt.


Trolls were hating on her, coz she's Mixed-raced (She's 100% Asian though. She's just mixed with Indonesian.) & she nearly knocked out some dude in a reality-show on Netflix after she was pissed off at him for washing her in-ring gear, which actually ruined it. Meaning that she would have to cancel some scheduled shows or have to buy new ring gear in time for the next wrestling-gig.

He was just trying to be nice, but ended up pissing her off instead.
Personally, I'd be impressed that a medium sized woman (She's about 5'4 or 5'5.) like her could nearly knock out a guy. I'm assuming that the guy was an average-sized man himself, but I don't know. I've never seen the netflix show, and Jap dudes are pretty small, so she may have actually been his size, lol.
She was already bullied for only being part Japanese (she even mentions it sometimes in her promos how some people make fun of her face, lol.), but this is the event that most likely set it off.
I didn't experience much if any bullying when I was in Japan, but I'm a scary looking guy, who also looks very Yakuza-like so that's prob the reason barely anyone said shit to me, to my face. (Prob talked shit behind my back though.)
The only people who did talk shit were actually little kids (young boys of Elementary school age), that I just laughed at, and I mocked them with a little slanty eye motion, mocking the way their eyes look. This is all over the news on internet right now and no.1 & no.2 trending on twitter. Or at least she was back at 4:00 pacific time when I woke up. (I sometimes don't even sleep until it's like 10 in the morning/noon.)

Weird how damn near every news outlet is reporting about Hana, coz she wasn't that popular at all, when she was alive, lol. She was popular as hell among her niche, but not known outside of wrestling & combat sports. I'm guessing everyone outside of wrestling saw just how hot she was and decided to cover news about her passing. WHen you look at her, she looked like a damn superstar.

Many of the things he's saying is what I would've said about her. He covered the basics, she's like the Japanese Alexa Bliss, she became the new Ace of Stardom after Kairi Sane & Io Shirai left, she was a rising superstar who was charismatic as fuck and had a commanding presence about her. What I can't do is tell you personal stories about her like he can, coz I never met her. I've just been a fan since 2017 (she was only 19 at the time, and even back then there was YUGE BUZZ about her.) when I got back into wrestling.
This chick immediately stood out in Japan back in 2017. The other standout was Hikaru Shida who's currently at AEW.

I was planning to do a Wrestling write up awhile back that focused on Hana as one of its rising stars. LOL, she dead. I mentioned her in passing the other forum.

I'd rather go with the professional one coz I'm not exclusively posting about video games. I'm just doing uploads & for that you want the cleanest looking layout possible to make it easier to find the downloads. Most of the stuff I'm posting is just japanese stuff.
And or American stuff that pushes Japanese brands like AEW. Hoping they nab Hana Kimura sometime.

Doubtful though since she's like one of Stardom's biggest native stars now (they have a lot of Hot gaijins like Bea Priestly or Toni Storm.) & they just got bought out by NJPW. NJPW did that as retaliation against WWE who were trying to buy Stardom out, but I also think they did it to avoid Kenny Omega from poaching more Jap babes from Japan, and sending them to the States, lol.

Since I live here in the USA, I support Kenny, lol. Kinda funny how Japan's greatest Arch Nemesis is always a Blonde White Prettyboy, ayy lmao. (Not an anglo or germanic though. He looks Quebecois.)
One that NJPW helped elevate to fame. What I find funny is that the Jap babes are popular among AEW fans but hardcore WWE loyalists hate the Japs and laugh at it, calling it a weeb nerd promotion when WWE comes off as nerdier to me coz all they do is little kid shit. You don't see WWE doing full blown death matches and their hottest girls are all japanese anyway, lol. (The same Japs that Kenny was planning to recruit, well Kairi at least. I plan to also push some Latin/Mexican stuff. Yeah sure I did regret allying with Mexicans in the past, but I do genuinely enjoy Latin made video games (They make a lot of SNK/Sega Genesis inspired crap coz peeps still play Genesis & Neo Geo in those countries), latin wrestling & latin girls.

l viewed Hana as the one Jap athlete chick who'd get mainstream success in the USA just due to her overall package.
KAIRI SANE IS HOT

and Asuka is extremely charismatic, but they're both very Japanese (As in they're weird.) and inherently goofy. Io Shirai is the most wrestling skilled & athletic, also has a sexy look, but she also came off as niche due to how Asian she looks.
Hikaru Shida gaining popularity, but she has less charisma than Kairi & Asuka and not as athletic as Io.
Main thing Shida has going for her is that she's hot and has an aggressive fighting style. So aggressive that she keeps accidentally breaking & bloodying the noses of her American cohorts, lol.
I luv me some Shida. I think she's the only person I'd ever considered buying merchandise of.

LOL Shida's victory dance looks like a win pose from a Fighting game. That entire match looked like it was King of Fighters vs Mortal Kombat.

I'm just saying objectively speaking, Shida's nowhere near or never will be as big a star as what Hana Kimura could've been. Hana just has a much higher ceiling.

, and I can imagine her landing some Hollywood gigs, but she'll be B-list at best, whereas Hana seemed like she was destined to be a world wide universal star.

Hana Kimura has as much charisma as Asuka, but came off more as a typical highschool bully meanchick (hence the constant comparisons to Alexa Bliss) rather than this weird goofy anime/goth demon Psycho Clown thing that Asuka
is supposed to be.

Hana's in-ring work isn't technical at all, but she more than makes up for it through showmanship.
If she were in a video game, her mic skills would be around 85, Charisma at near 100 and all of her fighting abilities within the mid 70s. She's not bad, just servicable.
Hana was like the female MJF, who himself is mostly a guy who succeeds at wrestling through his Lex Luthor, Million Dollar Man-like character.


Talents like MJF and Hana Kimura are an ode to the past, back when wrestlers brought asses to seats through the character-work, rather than the ring-work coz honestly, most of us don't give a shit about ring work if the popularity of Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold & The Rock tell you anything. None of them are bad either, but their ringwork would also mostly be in the mid 70s to mid 80s out of 100.
What they did is make you believe in the character that you either loved, or loved to hate.
Hana had that quality and it would've translated well in the West. She's only ever been Latin Wrestling promotions who also loved her, but that's not as hard a place to break into as the USA is.


This was the 2nd most unexpected death this year after Kobe Bryant. One of those deaths where you just don't want to believe it, you assume is fake but are then like DAMN, shit. Them motherfuckaz really dead.
It's a shame coz honestly she's the only young act from Japan, that I've seen who truly had charisma & crossover appeal that would've translated well worldwide.
Most of the other young acts I see, look like they'd only appeal to a small niche outside of Japan since most of them are just ringwork type of wrestlers that most people outside of hardcore wrestling-enthusiasts, do not give a shit about. Hikaru Shida was really the only other chick left who stood out almost as much as Hana, but Hana was on a whole other level. People didn't really talk about Shida until she came to AEW. Peeps were always talking about Hana (I've even seen Hana mentioned in American Hiphop sites, when she has nothing to do with music.), simply because she's hot and her matches are entertaining as hell, even if you're not into wrestling.

She was like a female Eddie Guerrero in terms of character-work. She acted like a villain, but you rooted for her anyway coz she was just so entertaining.



Does Sports count as entertainment or is it in General? Mang the General section sucks coz it's all just political bullshit anyway. Wrestling is normally labeled as "SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT" so it's confusing as fuck.

She also put up a note on Twitter, which is even more heartbreaking to read after her suicide. “Nearly 100 frank opinions every day. I couldn’t deny that I was hurt. I’m dead. Thank you for giving me a mother. It was a life I wanted to be loved. Thank you to everyone who supported me. I love it. I’m weak, I’m sorry. I don’t want to be a human anymore. It was a life I wanted to be loved.” Hana wrote.

It's sad, but to be curt, I always assumed that Hana had much more mental-fortitude than that. She's a 2nd generation wrestler and she grew up with the business. (I have nothing to do with wrestling at all. I'm just a fan.)
She's always been getting clowned on, it never seemed to bother her though. I guess this time it was different coz apparently, it was people worldwide dissing her for beating the crap out of that Kai fag, whom from the pics I've seen.
He does look about average Male height, somewhere between 175cm - 180cm. He looks fucking scrawny though so Hana probably outweighs him and she's only 128 pounds.

When you're a wrestler, you have to grow accustomed to being beaten up, & hated all the time, coz it's part of the job. Especially if you're a heel. The entire job of a heel is to get the crowd to hate them so much, that they'll pay money just to see you get your ass kicked.
Million Dollar Man is one of the best examples of what a heel is supposed to be.


I've always been confused on what Hana's alignment was though. I could never figure out if she were meant to be a Face or a Heel, coz she acts like a bad guy but gets cheeered as though she were a face.

Her anger does seem to be genuine though, and you can't blame her coz the dude she's angry at seems to be autistic as fuck. He doesn't seem to understand what he did.
She didn't actually punch him, but she basically just chastised him the same exact way that a parent would, and told him exactly what he needed to hear. The dude is a slacker, who doesn't really work and has no money.

This is my first time seeing Hana in a non-wrestling setting, and holy shit, She looks foreign as fuck.
The speculation over her being relentlessly bullied her entire life, for being mixed-race does seem to hold true, coz I think even that Blonde White girl blends in with Japanese people way more than Hana does.
That comedian actually seems to be mixed-race too just judging from his pointy nose, but he's within the 'acceptable range' of what a Mix-bred can look like within Japanese society. I'll delve into that a bit later in the post.

It's weird, coz in production pics and in her own wrestling matches, Hana did look 'Japanese'.




In that reality show though, you can clearly see that she's Foreign of South Asian origin. Her skin is much darker than the other Japs, and she has a bigger, wider nose too. Make up and lighting seems to work over time for her, to cover up her very foreign looking nose.

Make up seems to always hide the bags under her eyes too, now I can't un-see it coz those bag lines are actually in most of her pics.
Interestingly, she actually said in a promo once that she gets ridiculed a lot for her nose, but that's why I thought she could handle the heat.
They say that she actually was a Heel character, which makes it all the more weird. Shouldn't she be used to being hated? That's what a heel does. It's their job to be an asshole that everyone wants to legit kill.
That's the part that doesn't add up to me.

Women are very bad at handling rejection.

3rd theory was that she was killed by the Yakuza.
Yakuza assassinations are often ruled as a suicide. The most infamous of which imo is the Tokona-X incident. That I will not elaborate on, but I have in the past.
Yakuza does have a history with wrestling promotions and even Japan's most influential wrestler, Rikidozan was actually stabbed to death through a Yakuza hit.

What I question, is why would Yakuza target Hana?
TLDR: Joshi promotions, like the Jpop industry are low-key 'casting couch'
type of affairs which is every single one of these chicks have starred in 'softporn' and gravure.
Hana doesn't have any of that though, that I know of. Not that I've checked, but even someone like Asuka has photoshoots of that caliber & Asuka is like the last person you'd expect to be filmed in such a manner.

This year marked the first year that females would wrestle at Tokyo Dome during Wrestle Kingdom, where Stardom matches were going to be the preshow due to how NJPW recently bought them out, to avoid Vince Mcmahon from buying out the largest female roster in Japan.

From her perspective, that seemed like an impossible dream which magically materialized due to political movements from the USA's WWE, which set up a chain of events that led to a partnership between the largest female & male federations in Japan.
You could say that was destiny, or pure luck. I like to call it serendipity of opportunity so that a rising star may shine brighter. Contrast that to that Comedian, who isn't working towards a higher goal at all.




I do believe that Hana being taunted, her entire life for being mixed-race was also a large part in the eventual Flesrouy LLIk.
It never really happened to me personally, but I don't look like her.

Within Wrestling culture, when a mark crosses the line, the Wrestlers actually view it as Carny open-season to all take turns and beat the shit out of the guy who broke their boundaries with the wrestlers.

The Brett Hart incident where he got Attacked by a random audience member is one of the most recent examples where the wrestlers jumped in and beat the shit out of the guy for real.


The most infamous incident was when the locker room all took turns to beat the shit out of Daniel Puder on live television. Sadly, all clips of that vid seem to have been taken down. So at best, you only hear people talking about it.


That's what I really love about Wrestling though. It's like this other world that exists inside of a bubble within the real world where they have completely different rules & culture for everything and that culture has lasted for several centuries. Although it does seem to be in its dying years right now.
Right now wrestling seems to be turning into something else to adjust with the times. Something a bit more based on Live-Theater and Anime.

What's really weird to me is how Hana's suicide is being treated almost as high-profiled as Hide's suicide back in 1998. That was much larger scale though since he was already a mainstream star in Japan through X-Japan, and he was also in the process of becoming a star in the USA through Zilch.

In two years she was going to be a superstar. All she had to do was a few title reigns at Stardom for this year which she was already being booked towards, then either get shipped to NXT developmental or AEW main roster by next year. She was a future star in the making, but she gassed herself to death (after she made chop suey out of her body.) all coz of constant online harassment & death threats. One of the last posts she made, she actually referred to how the latest episode of Terrace House is up, and how that means that her SMS box is going to be filled with hate again.

We all get death threats mang. I know I sure do, it's why I don't even read my pms outside of this forum coz 99% of the mail I get, is just motherfuckers dissing me. It's like that for everybody who has the spotlight on them in some shape or form. I don't even actually do anything to earn ire, I'm not a performer, actor, I'm not even a youtuber, I do nothing of note, and even I get shit tons of hate mail, simply coz I exist LOL!

Once upon a time, wrestling used to be real. The problem is that real fights, are actually fucking boring. Just look at the UFC, lol! Real life fights also tend to end in 3 seconds (like every Mike Tyson fight.), so wrestling eventually moved on to scripted fights to make sure that the buyers get their full moneys' worth.

I don't have much to say about it, however I will say I don't want you to stop posting this stuff because I find it very interesting.

Sure even in that vid, Hana was easily the most entertaining to watch, but her moveset was just as 'impressive' as Hulk Hogan or The Rock, as in her moveset fucking sucks! She just does it with so much flair & charisma that she can make you believe in her character. The Rock just does a shitty elbow drop, but The Peoples' Elbow was funny as hell when he did it, coz it was The Rock. Everything he did during that era was ELECTRIFYING. It's similar to how I'm always like "SHITTT, IT'S ON NOW! HANA JUST SPAT ON THAT BITCH's FACE!"


This another good match that showcases Hana's true charm.

Her amazing ability to just captivate the audience through her sexual-appeal, yet it never felt smutty. It always felt like I was just watching a live-action Comic book in motion, which is how good wrestling should be. Semi-Realistic combat, combined with over the top, larger than life characters.
It's kinda like the difference between Classic Lara Croft, and Modern Lara Croft. Modern Lara Croft is boring as fuck coz she looks like an everyday 7 out of 10 attractive woman with an extra boring personality whereas Classic Lara Croft felt like a comic book character, Classic Lara Croft was a mixture of Indiana Jones, James Bond & Bruce Wayne. I grew up on Inoki's wrestling so I know through experience just how immensely popular his NJPW product was during his era. Wrestling was mainstream in Japan back when Inoki was running it, and the Japanese people revered him as a somewhat of a living God.
