Never heard of it. What's it supposed to be about. From the what I'm seeing, it doesn't have appear to have anything to do with actual Kowloon.

Been meaning to play this for a while. For what it's worth, I was also always very interested in Kowloon's Gate, which this is obviously paying homage to. Sadly, that one never got translated.
