I think wano is good, but I am about 100 chapters behind because I can't really get invested. I get the feeling that Oda just really wanted to write a feudal japan, samurai story and he did so. Which is fine, but it's not really what I'm looking for in One Piece. There's some interesting stuff going on with the passage of time at least.

I don't actually know anything about the OP fanbase (I'm assuming it's a bunch of subhumans like every fanbase) but I ran into some posts just taking for granted that dressrosa is the worst arc in the series, is that a commonly held position? Dressrosa was actually my favourite lol

I think Oda's just making the necessary stage for the final arc after the wano.
many of the characters are showing their true potential, like nami with big mom clouds, zoro with haki and cursed sword, sanji with germa suit.

I don't know,i burn out again. I just can't handle the clifhanger every week not to mention one chapter relased only like 18 pages. I just wait until its over and marathon the entire thing jusT like the Other arc. The last aRc where luffy fight cracker, one of the Big Moms goons Is sucH a boring fight. Took luffy like 11 hours(from anime standpoint, from real life standpoint it was still a drag) just to defeated him alone. I understand that Oda try to show the audience just how big deal the Big Mom is by making luffy having a hard time to defeated one of her goons but it dragged so much. And its lame to see luffy using the 4th gear,the same move he used to defeated Doflamingo on such lame looking villlain.
